What are your hours?

We are open weekdays 10-8, Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 12-5.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! We are happy to wrap your gifts for free.

SERVICES

Do you offer tailoring & alterations?

Our on-site tailors make it easy to get a great fit. Most tailoring is including on regular price garments. There is a charge on sale items, items brought back to be tailored due to weight loss and change in size, and outside garments brought into the store.

Tailoring takes around 1-2 weeks, however we can usually rush items and turn them around quicker if needed.

Are there discounts or sales running?

We offer an everyday discount with our Legacy program. With a one-time $50 fee, you receive 10% off anything regular price, anytime.

An item that I purchased last week is now on sale, can I be reimbursed?

Sorry, no. Prices may change over time or during a sale but we do not reimburse for prices changes. And furthermore, we don't match prices from competitors or other web sites. Everyone has choices, and we stand behind the service and experience we offer.

Unfortunately due to capacity, we currently are not taking outside alterations.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
