SHIPPING POLICY
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 from thefoursome.com. We ship all packages USPS Ground (2-5 days). Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours when received Monday through Saturday by 8 am (CST).
To protect against fraudulent orders, we do not ship merchandise to a different address than the billing address unless sufficient details are provided by the customer. If an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses, the customer will be contacted via email.

STORE RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal. Merchandise in original condition purchased at The Foursome or ordered online from thefoursome.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will not take back items that have been worn, laundered, or altered. Prices may change and no price adjustments will be given on previously purchased items or on the exchange of like items. Returns will be issued in the form of original payment. If no receipt is available, returns will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. With a valid receipt, cash refunds over $75 will be in the form of a company check.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is not necessary to obtain a return authorization for your order. You can return your order by whatever method is easiest for you (UPS, US mail, etc). Please include your order number to identify your order and expedite the return/exchange process. Also include any information regarding an exchange (size, color, etc). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless an item was damaged or sent in error. Refunds will be in the method of payment used to purchase your order and issued upon receipt of the merchandise.
Please note: Shoes and boots must be returned in the original manufacturer's box and mailed inside a shipping box. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount if shoes are not returned with the original manufacturer's box intact.
